1 General Terms and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding contract between you ("User") and rokok33 ("Platform", "we", "company"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the rokok33.net website, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked to stop using this platform immediately. rokok33 reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Use of the rokok33 platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. Every applicant registering an account is required to confirm that they meet this age limit. rokok33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to comply may result in account suspension.
2.2 One Account Per User
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on rokok33. Holding multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts concerned may be suspended and the balances within them may be reduced or forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration — including full name, mobile number, email and MyKad number — must be accurate and current. False or incomplete information may affect the withdrawal process and identity verification.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Payment Methods
rokok33 accepts a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
3.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction for all payment methods.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal transaction.
- Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be processed once all relevant wagering requirements have been fully met. Accounts that have not completed the identity verification process may experience delays in withdrawal processing. rokok33 reserves the right to request additional documents for compliance purposes before any withdrawal is approved.
All withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the rokok33 customer support team.
4 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme
4.1 Welcome Bonus
rokok33 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100 bringing the total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — in this example, you need to wager RM1,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Second example: a deposit of RM3,200 will receive a bonus of RM1,500 (maximum cap), bringing the total balance to RM4,700. The wagering requirement to be met is RM15,000 (RM1,500 × 10).
4.2 VIP Programme
rokok33 operates a VIP membership programme with three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:
- Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
- Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
- Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on betting activity and user loyalty. There is no fixed absolute turnover threshold; management will evaluate each account on a regular basis.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses offered by rokok33 are subject to their respective wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash. rokok33 reserves the right to change, withdraw or end any promotion without prior notice.
5 Betting and Game Rules
All bets placed on the rokok33 platform — covering sports betting, slots, live casino, mix parlay and other games — are subject to their respective game rules. Users are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any bet.
rokok33 reserves the right to cancel, change or reverse bets in the following situations: technical or system errors, incorrectly offered odds, evidence of bet coordination, or other unusual circumstances that affect the integrity of a bet.
Decisions made by rokok33 regarding any betting dispute are final and binding. All odds and results are based on recognised and reliable third-party sources.
6 User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Prohibited Actions
Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the rokok33 platform:
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person or business entity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting technical errors, odds mistakes or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting or strategies that systematically exploit bonuses.
- Transferring funds between different rokok33 accounts without authorisation.
- Providing false information, fake documents or invalid identity during the verification process.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
6.2 Consequences of Violations
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the account balance including winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities if required by law.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Closing an account does not release the user from any financial obligations arising before the date of closure, including the settlement of any active bets.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by the relevant authority, that provision will be set aside while the remaining provisions continue in full force.
